Ford Model "A"

Successor to the legendary Model “T”. Price approx. $570. 4.85 million units were produced.

 

After the resounding success of the Model “T”, Ford introduced the completely redesigned Model “A”. Henry Ford had to convince his son Edsel that new models required greater comfort.

The 4-cylinder enginewith around 40 hp propelled the vehicle to a maximum speed of 104 km/h..

Between 1927 and 1932, 4.858.644 Model "A" vehicles were produced. Depending on the model and equipment, price ranged from $385 to $1.400.
